Every year, First Bus West & First Bus Cymru host their Shine Awards, to celebrate the achievements of staff who have “gone the extra mile” over their many years of service to the company.

We were commissioned to create an event video which not only captured the spirit of the evening, but also highlighted the culture and the strong sense of community at the heart the business.

The final piece served as both a tribute to the award winners and a celebration of the dedication and teamwork that make First Bus a special place to work.
